Pale and bright yellow color. Complex in the nose with soft aromas of toasted bread, and green apple, citric fruits and pear notes. Round in the mouth with a balanced body and acidity, and complex dry fruit flavors.
Method: Traditional, second fermentation in bottle.
Grapes: Chardonnay 60%, Pinot Noir 20%, Semillon 20%
Appellation : Lontue Valley
Harvest: Mid February
Ageing: 12 months in bottle over yeast lees.
